String Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans cut green beans, drained
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup french fried onions

Preparation:

Pour green beans in a shallow baking dish. Salt & pepper the beans. In a separate bowl, mix stuffing mix, soup, and water. Pour over beans so the beans are thoroughly covered.

Bake at 350° F or 30 minutes. Sprinkle onions on top of mixture and bake an additional 10 minutes until browned.
