Toasted Almond Cheesecake Pie
- 1 graham cracker crust - 9 inch
- 2 cup cold milk
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
- 3 pkg. cheesecake instant pudding
- 1 - 12-oz. container Cool-Whip
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds- toaster
Beat milk, almond flavoring, pudding mixes and 1/2 of the Cool-whip with wire whisk. Sprinkle 1/4 almonds bottom of crust.
Spread pudding mixture over almonds in crust. Spread remaining Cool-whip over pudding. Garnish with remaining almonds.
Refrigerate until cold. Then serve.Servings: 12
