Blend crumbs, butter, the 2 tsp sugar and cinnamon. Pat into bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 5 minutes in a 425° F oven. Remove; cool.
Beat blue and cream cheeses until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the 1 cup sugar. Add 2 tsp vanilla extract and whip until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 325° F for 1 hour. Remove and increase oven temperature to 425° F. Whip sour cream with remaining vanilla extract. Spread over cake. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Chill.
