Artery Clogging Fish Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 5-8 potatoes
  • 2 med. onions, diced
  • 1 1/2-2 pd haddock or halibut
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 pint medium cream
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation:

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Place potatoes and onion into a pan, cover with enough water to cover plus another inch. Boil until potatoes are about half cooked.

Add fish and cook until both potatoes and fish are done. Take off the heat. Add butter. After the butter melts, stir in cream, salt and pepper.

Servings: 2 to 4
