Cheesy Vegetable Chowder Soup

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 - 16 oz. can frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 - 16 oz. package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 1/2 lbs processed cheese spread

Preparation:

Combine chicken broth, chopped onions, frozen mixed vegetables, pepper, frozen hash brown potatoes, chopped celery, and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 1 hour or until the vegetables are tender.

Add processed cheese spread and heat until the cheese is melted and smooth.
