Bring broth to a boil, then reduce heat. Add vegetables, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender. In saucepan, melt margarine.
Add flour. Stir in milk, and cook over low heat until thickened.
Stir in cheese until melted. Add to vegetable broth mixture along with chicken. Cook and stir over low heat until hot.Servings: 6
