Black Bottom cupcakes

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation:

For cupcakes, use 1 - 18.25 oz. chocolate cake mix

Mix cake according to package directions. Fill paper baking cups in muffin pans 2/3 full.

Cream the cheese with sugar, beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1 rounded tsp of cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake according to cake package directions.

Servings: 2 dozen cupcakes
