Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
  • 4 med. unpeeled or peeled cooking apples, sliced
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick or regular oats
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened

Preparation:

Heat oven to 375° F. Spread the apple slices in an ungreased 8-inch square pan. Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and butter with fork; sprinkle over apples. Bake uncovered until the topping is golden brown and apples are tender, about 30 minutes.
