- 1 1/2 cups dried apricots
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped pecans
Pour boiling water over apricots and soak for about a half hour.
Drain and combine the apricots with the other ingredients in a food processor. Process until a smooth consistency is reached.
Chill and serve with pecans sprinkled over each serving.Makes 6 - 1/2 cups
