Broiled Duck Breast

Ingredients:
  • 6-8 duck breasts, boned and skinned
  • 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 lbs bacon slices
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation:

Combine worcestershire sauce, cloves, garlic and lemon juice. Marinade duck breasts in sauce in the refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Remove breasts, drain, and wrap each breast with 2-3 slices of bacon. Broil for 7 minutes on each side.
