Duck Breasts

Ingredients:

  • 6 duck breastsp
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper

Preparation:

Sauté butter, garlic and black pepper. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and salt, stirring to blend. Dip duck breasts in marinade for a minute or two. Cook under broiler or on a grill, 3 minutes each side. Turn twice on each side, basting each time you turn. Best if rare or medium rare. Serve with hot mustard and sesame seeds.
