Brunch Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 8 Eggs
  • 8 slices White bread without crusts
  • 1 lbs Grated sharp Cheddar
  • 2-1/2 cup Half-and-half milk
  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Finely minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp Accent
  • Softened butter

Preparation:

Butter casserole dish. Butter bread slices and layer bread and cheese in dish. Combine eggs and seasonings in blender. Pour over bread and cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 300° F for 1-1/2 hours.
