Deviled Eggs with Crab

Ingredients:
  • 6 oz. Fresh; frozen or canned snowcrab meat, (up TO 7)
  • 6 Hard cooked eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Finely chopped celery
  • 4 Heaping Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 drops Worcestershire sauce

Preparation:

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Put in bowl and mash well. Add celery, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add crab meat and mix well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Chill before serving.
