Deviled Eggs with Salted Almonds

Ingredients:
  • 12 Hard-cooked eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup Chopped salted almonds

Preparation:

Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks. Mash with mayonnaise and sour cream; add salt and mustard and blend well. Taste for seasonings; add more if too bland; you may want to add a dash of cayenne pepper.

Refill egg whites and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
