Black Bean Relish

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Black beans; cooked until of the beans tender; drained
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro; chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 2 dash Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/3 cup Red bell peppers; seeded,
  • Salt (to taste) and diced the size
  • Pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

In a medium bowl place all of the ingredients and stir them together. Let the relish sit for 1 hour before serving it.
