Bok Choy Relish

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Finely chopped Bok Choy
  • 2 Tbsp Sliced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped pimiento

Preparation:

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, and pepper. Stir in chopped bok choy, green onion, and pimiento. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 8 hours.
