Carillon Moak's Cranberry Relish
- 4 cup Cranberries
- 2 cup Sugar
- 1 Orange
Run cranberries and orange (skin included) through a coarse grinder. Mix in sugar. Let set at least two days, preferably three or four before serving. Keep refrigerated.
Four cups of cranberries are about 12 ounces.Servings:
