- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend until no lumps, flour, salt, and dash of pepper. Add broth all at once.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.Servings:
