Creamy Sage Gravy
- 2 cup hot dripping from roast turkey
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp crushed sage
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup water
In a large saucepan, pour turkey drippings, bring to boil. In a small mixing bowl mix the flour, and water with wire whisk, pour through a strainer into the boiling turkey drippings.
Stir constantly until desired thickness is reached. Remove from heat. Add sage and ground red pepper, continue stirring with wire whisk until blended well.
Serve over ham and rice dressing.Servings:
