- 1/4 cup fat and drippings
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cup liquid
- salt and pepper
For consistently good gravy (measure ingredients) measure - 1/4 cup fat and drippings. Return to roasting pan or skilleTbsp Add 1/4 cup flour and blend.
Add 2 cup liquid (water, milk, cream or a combination of these). Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.Servings: 4
