Frozen Peach Jam

  • 3 cup peaches, mashed
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 cup sugar
  • 1 box powdered pectin
  • 1 cup water image placeholder

Pour lemon juice over peaches. Add sugar and stir thoroughly.

Let set for 20 minutes, stirring 2 to 3 times. Place pectin and water in sauce pan.

Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Pour over peaches and stir for 2 minutes. Place in freezer containers and freeze.
