Frozen Peach Jam
- 3 cup peaches, mashed
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 5 cup sugar
- 1 box powdered pectin
- 1 cup water
Pour lemon juice over peaches. Add sugar and stir thoroughly.
Let set for 20 minutes, stirring 2 to 3 times. Place pectin and water in sauce pan.
Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour over peaches and stir for 2 minutes. Place in freezer containers and freeze.Servings: 4
