Frozen Strawberry Jam
- 2 cup mashed strawberries
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cup sugar
- 1 package powdered pectin
- 1 cup water
Combine fruit, lemon juice, and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Boil pectin and water rapidly for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add berries and stir 2 minutes, until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into containers and cover. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Refrigerate until set. Store in freezer. Keep in refrigerator after opened.Servings:
