Peach & Cherry Jam

Ingredients:
  • 1 lg Orange; unpeeled
  • 6 lbs Peaches
  • 6 lbs Sugar
  • 12 oz. Maraschino cherries; cut up; reserving juice

Preparation:

Put peaches and orange thru meat grinder after the peaches have been peeled and stoned. Boil peach pulp with sugar for 3/4 of an hour.

Then add the cherries and boil 15 minutes longer. Pour into jars, cover and process.
