Broiled Lamb Chops
- 2 1/2 lbs lamb chops
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp ground marjoram
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Trim fat from meat. Rub lamb chops with cut garlic cloves. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with marjoram and pepper.
Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5-inches from the heat for 5 minutes, or until done.Servings: 6
