Cox's Dry BBQ Rub

Ingredients:

  • 5 Tbsp Paprika
  • 4 Tbsp MSG
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Cayanne pepper
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 4 Tbsp Seasoned pepper
  • 4 tsp Onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

Preparation:

Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 to 8 weeks.
