Dry Rub Sirloin

Ingredients:

  • 4 - 12 oz new york strip steaks
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp freshly ground coriander
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp good-quality hungarian Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

Preparation:

Mix spices, dredge meat until well coated. Grill over high heat 3-5 min/side or until desired Also usable on fish, chicken, pork, etc.
