Dry Rub Recipe #1

Ingredients:

  • Paprika, Hungarian 1 Tbsp
  • celery salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Sage 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Chipotle powder 1/2 ts

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well and reserve in refrigerator, covered tightly. Will keep for up to 2 weeks.
