BBQ Dry Rub

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Paprika
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (or more, if desired)
  • 1/2 Salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

Preparation:

Try this great dry rub! It started out for BBQ ribs, beef, pork, or chic fish! Combine all ingredients. Rub on meat or fish at least 10 minutes before grilling.
