Cottage Cheese and Oil Pastry
- 4-1/2 oz. (125g) cottage cheese (well pressed out)
- 4 Tbsp Milk
- Egg yolk
- 1/2 Egg white
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 9 oz. plain flour
- 1 pk Backin
rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, if desired and mix with the milk, egg yolk, and 1/2 egg white, oil and salt.
Mix and sieve together the flour and the Backin and add to the mixed ingredients, a little at a time, until slightly more than half has been used.
Knead in the rest of the flour.Servings:
