Fresh Black Eyed Peas And Ribs
- 2 qts black eyed peas (green)
- 1/2 side pork ribs
- Salt to season
Cover ribs with water. Put on lid and cook until tender cool.
Debone ribs an cook black eyed peas with ribs and stock. Serve with ric and cornbread.Servings:
