Apple Crumb Pie

  • 4 johnathan apples (may take more if small)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 plain pie pastry
Topping Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter image placeholder

Cut apples in 1/8 and arrange in a pastry lined pan.

Mix the 1/2 cup of sugar with the cinnamon.

Sprinkle over the apple.

For Topping, mix all ingredients together til crumbly.

Put on top of the apples.

Bake at 400° F for 40-50 minutes.
