Baked Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 can beef bouillon soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can beef consomme soup (undiluted)
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo - 1/4 lbs
  • No salt or pepper

Preparation:

Grease 2 qt. baking dish. Combine rice, beef bouillon soup and beef consomme soup. Add onion and oleo. Bake 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed. Stir once or twice during baking process.

Servings: 6 to 8
