Brown Rice O'brien

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Green onions; chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Oil or shortening
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green pepper; chopped
  • 3 cup Hot cooked rice

Preparation:

Sauté onions and peppers in oil until tender. Add rice. Toss lightly, add salt & pepper.

Servings: 6
