Brown Rice #3

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Brown rice
  • 2 Figs; chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Milk or yogurt(low-fat) image placeholder

Bring rice and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add figs and nutmeg. Serve in a small bowl with yogurt.
