Cinnamon Rolls

  • 2 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 cup flour image placeholder

Combine yeast, cake mix and salt with warm water. Add flour and mix well. Dough will be soft Let rise until double and work down. Divide dough in half. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut into 1/2-inch slices.

Place in pan that has been coated with sugar and cinnamon. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes. Cool on rack.
