Asian Green Bean Salad

Ingredients:
  • Long green beans, trimmed, 1 lbs Cooked, and cooled
  • Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp
  • Rice vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Sesame oil 2 Tbsp
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved 2 cup
  • Crushed toasted peanuts 2 Tbsp
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

In a bowl toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve at room temperature.
