Basic Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Main ingredient; chopped (tomato; mango, corn, blackbeans; pineapple, etc,)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp Minced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup Coarsely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well. Allow to sit in refrigerator for a few hours.
