Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 halapenio pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 hot banana pepper, chopped finely
  • Lots of fresh cilantro from garden
  • green coriander seeds from the cilantro plant

Preparation:

This is garden salsa. Eat it over beans. Over rice. My personal favorite is in big heaps on top of a baked pita. Enjoy.
