Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:
  • - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup seeded, chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. let stand one hour.
