Light Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. Milk, canned skim
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1-1/4 cup Stock, chicken
  • 1/2 cup Cheese, Parmesan, grated
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper, black

Preparation:

Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot. Blend in cheese and pepper.
