Baked Fish Recipe #2

  • 4 (white) fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 3 slices lemon
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 medium onion thinkly sliced
  • 1 large tomato thinkly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp white wine image placeholder

Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange fish fillets in 8 or 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice and seasoned salt. Heat olive oil in frying pan.

Add onion and garlic. Sauté until soft. Pour onion mixture including oil from pan over fish fillet. Arrange tomato slices on top of onion mixture. Place lemon slices on top of tomatoes.

Pour wine over all and bake for 30-35 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Remove from oven and serve piping hot!
