Baked Fish Au Gratin

  • 1-1/2 lbs Haddock or sole fillets
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 ds Paprika image placeholder

Dip fish in flour. Arrange in Pam-sprayed baking dish. Blend cream of celery soup and milk. Spread over fish in pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese, parlsley and paprika.

Bake at 350° F. for 45 mins. until fish flakes easily with fork.
