Asparagus Au Gratin Recipe #2

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs asparagus spears
  • 6 Tbsp melted margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Place canned asparagus (drained) in baking dish. Pour milk and margarine over top. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 425° F for 10 minutes or until cheese is browned.
