Baked Asparagus with Parmesan

  • 1 lbs asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil - divided use
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soft white bread crumbs image placeholder

Preheat oven to 450° F.

Toss asparagus spears in 1 to 2 tsp olive oil and arrange in baking pan .

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.

Bake uncovered until asparagus is just tender, about 15 minutes.
