Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, optional to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste or use raspberry vinegar to taste

Preparation:

Wash asparagus and cut off tough ends of stalks. Toss with olive oil and mix in minced garlic and salt. Spread on oiled cookie sheet.

Bake in oven 375° F. for 20 to 30 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Cooking time will vary according to how thick the asparagus is and how done you prefer them.

Serve with a sprinkling of lemon juice or raspberry vinegar.
