Soak pinto beans in pot of water all day.
Drain, rinse and return beans to pot.
Add fresh water, enough to cover beans and bring to boil.
Simmer on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours.
In frying pan, smash Chorizo with fork into small pieces and brown for approx. 10 minutes.
Then, mash the beans into the Chorizo with fork or potato masher.
(Take small amount of beans at a time until all beans have been added.) Use less beans if you like it spicy.
Once it is mixed together, add salt to taste (optional).
Spoon into tortillas (about 2 Tablespoons) and fold like a Taco.Makes (about 12 tortillas.Servings: 4
