- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 6 ox. can pork & beans
- 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
In large skillet melt margarine and brown meat.
Stir in soup mix, beans, catsup, water, mustard and vinegar.
Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.Servings: 4
