Artichoke Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation:

In a blender purée artichoke hearts with chicken broth.

Place mixture in a saucepan with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat just to boiling. Remove from the heat and stir in cream.
