Bit-o-Barley Stuffing

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cup Bit-O-Barley
  • 1/2 cup Ground raw cashews or almonds
  • 1 Tbsp Unrefined Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp Celery seed (ground with nuts)
  • 3 Tbsp Onion flakes or fresh onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat Germ
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and bake in an oiled casserole dish at 350° F for one hour.
