Broccoli Stuffing Bake

  • 8 cups milk
  • 6 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 16 beaten eggs
  • 12 cups herb seasoned croutons
  • 8 - 10 oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 tsp salt image placeholder

Heat milk and cheese in saucepan until blended. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs in mixing bowl. Add croutons, broccoli and salt. Mix well.

Turn into four greased 2-quart casseroles. Bake at 325° F for 45 minutes.
